Executive Summary

This report seeks to conduct a project on calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness during a Product

Line Testing that began on October 11, 2023, and will conclude on December 12, 2023, including

downtime, slow cycles, and rejects. The project has been underway for more than two months, and while it

is progressing well and receiving solid support from all stakeholders involved, we still anticipate finishing

it within the allotted time frame. This represents the team's current work progress. Kindly refer to the

information in the following parts, which include:
