2. Attention Getter

a. Time management is one of the most important soft skills and strategies to

success.

b. Everyone wants to have a future they always pictured when they were

young and always hoped for. Time management is one of the ways that

helps achieve those dreams.

3. Most people know that time management is important, however, they don’t

manage their time for some reason.

4. Solution

a. People always say < I have no time=

b. They have too many obligations and options of things to do and they still

make excuses.

c. Manage your time to have more freedom of doing other things than just

working

5. If people managed their time, they would:

a. Finish more work in a shorter time

b. Have free time

c. Lowers your stress

d. Self-discipline

6. Manage time by:

a. Make a calendar

b. Set time for each task

c. Stop half-time work

i. For example, while writing an essay, don’t check the phone in the

middle. Finish first then check it

d. Change schedule and routine

i. If you wake up at 12 pm, then wake up early at 7 am

e. Take short breaks between tasks

f. Be organized and don’t multitask.

i. Finish each task by itself then continue to the next
