Hello hello my fellow coworkers, let’s discuss the new implications of fitness in the workplace.
Fitness can boost moral while helping you be more efficient in the workplace. You may be
saying to yourself, “I don’t know anything about fitness” but that’s perfectly okay! The fitness
courses will be taught each year by industry professionals and are designed to improve skills.
You can learn along with everyone else! There’s also incentive for our seasoned employees who
may not want to change how the workplace operates; employees who have been with the
company for at least 2 years are eligible to view the videos free of cost. So why not try and
become more physically active if it’s free? Who doesn’t like free stuff? Fitness in the workplace
can also be that first steppingstone for you to deep dive into the fitness world. There’s so much
you can do to get physically active, so let’s start by doing yoga in the office! The video classes
provide employees with opportunities to improve their health and achieve fitness certification.
It’s super simple to access the videos, all video courses can be viewed at the Sturgeon Point
website. If you’re interested, employees should contact Elana Springs in Human Resources to
sign up. Her contact information is S@HR.com, and her phone extension is 5555. If you still
have questions don’t worry, informational meetings are being held at 5:30 p.m., according to the
following schedule:
Television Development on June 15
Motion Picture Production on June 17
Recording Services on June 21
To conclude, here’s another added perk just to further incentivize you to get involved in the
exciting world of physical fitness we are bringing to the office, viewing the video and
completing the introduction survey will qualify employees for a discount on their health
insurance. Who doesn’t love to save money? Hoping to see you all getting up out of the office
chair and moving, I’ll be right there along side you all (might even bust out a sweatband to really
go all out). Spread the word, let’s get the office moving in a more active direction. Have a
blessed work week!
