  1. List the four ways that the Index categorizes a drug to make it easier to find the page numbers of drugs: a. Generic Name____________________________________________ b.   2. Where can you locate the Adult & Pediatric Immunization information? Appendix C

  4. The red type found within the information of a drug will indicate what type of information? It is life threatening information about the drug or medication.
