1. Virus Properties and types: DNA, RNA, retrovirus etc.
2. Different kinds of Archaea, their living/surviving conditions, names
3. Specific features of Archaea, what they have and do not have.
4. How Archaea are similar or different from Bacteria, Eukarya, Viruses
5. Bacterial living conditions and hosts, their properties, types
6. Pathogens and helpful prokaryotes ( names and types)
7. Learn names of different kinds of bacteria and their properties, living conditions
B. Prokaryote function:
1. Species that produce antibiotics, learn names
2. Species causing disease in animals and plants, learn names
3. Learn definitions of functional groups such as nitrifiers, denitrifiers, fixers
4. Also based on energy source such photo and chemo, auto/hetero decomposers
5. Learn names of the disease caused by virus or bacteria
C. Relationship of prokaryotes to eukaryotes:
Very few diagnostic features, learn those.
