Shooting Modes - M = Manual : Photographer makes all of the decisions - A or Av : Aperture Priority : Photographer chooses the aperture - S or Tv : Shutter Priority : Photographer chooses shutter speed - P = The camera makes all of the decisions Setting Up - Format the SD card - Mode to Manual - Set the ISO between 100 and 400 (or 800) - Set the image quality to jpeg Fine - Set color space to sRGB - Set white balance : auto Making an Exposure - Set the ISO in order to let the camera know how sensitive to light that you want the lens to be, compose the image, and focus. - Set the desired aperture or shutter speed - Take a light meter reading / use it to set the aperture or shutter speed - Press down the shutter to take exposure -
