F = film (at theater), D = DVD, TV = television, DVR = recorded
television, FO = film online, SO = Series online, M/MO = magazine/online
magazine, N/NO = newspaper R = radio, IR = internet radio or SR =
satellite radio, C = computer work, SM = social media, G = video games,
TX = text messaging, B/OB = Book, OT = indicate other forms of media
used.
ADV – take note of whether your media for involves advertising or not, if so, add
ADV.
If you hear music in a shopping situation or bar, then make note of background
media.
