8-3 Project Three: Reflection William Vargas English 123: Composition II Professor Calgary Martin June 25, 2022

2 Throughout this course, I felt that feedback was a fundamental part of this writing process. It was vital to have this feedback because at the beginning of writing this paper, I had difficulty finding evidence, and what I was writing about seemed like it wasn't enough. It didn't help my case, and I felt I didn't have enough evidence. The audience I presented at first was very direct because I said that the audience would be people in my line of work. The Professor and my peers led me on the right track in all this. The Professor commented on all of my assignments. The support guided me and suggested how my wiring could make more sense. It helped me find the necessary resources to make my essay have smooth transitions and be understood by the reader. I also received feedback from Lyzeth on “4-6 Discussion: Peer Review”(Brightspace). Lyzeth helped me find another source that could help me with my writing, which became one of the main resources for my essay. With the help of my professor and peers, the feedback I was given helped me self- evaluate my essay and better understand how I should find better evidence. So I did more research, used different keywords, and was able to find evidence that was more relatable and could back up my argument better than my sources. I also asked my wife for assistance, and asking her to read through my rough draft allowed me to have another point of view other than myself. This feedback led me to go back to my outline and make more sense of what my essay was trying to persuade. Going through my outline helped me see with a clear mind and helped me remove and add information that would help my argument be more understanding for the reader. I copied and paced each source of evidence onto a word document and read through it carefully. I tried my best to find information that would support my argument. I also asked my wife to read through my essay. She gave me a different point of view which led me to make more
