Strategic Goal Within the air travel industry, self-image is the key to its growth and success. TransGlobal airlines is continuing the focus on their continual improvement of environmental awareness. This has a lasting impact on how the business conducts trade initiatives and continual development in operation alternatives within the airline industry. The goal and objective of the policy is to implement safety measures that are based around the customer’s and employee’s wellbeing. In the strategic plans and goals that are outlined by TransGlobal 2030, draws a focus on three key components that are considered critical elements. These three elements are: safety, excitement, and stewardship (SES) and the hopeful outcome is that it will ensues them in becoming an industry leader and an environmental responsible airline in a highly competitive industry. Additionally, this will ensure that overall value is achieved and is the core foundation of their primary core. TransGlobal Airlines should create the benefits and carry them out not only for themselves but for their customers and employees.
In the past the safety of the Boeing 737 aircraft has been a pain point and under scrutiny in the industry due to their safety concerns. By reinstating and promoting the aircraft as a safe way of travel will lead to the aircraft being viewed as dependable and trustworthy enough to perform flights due to initiative-taking, reactive, and controllable measures set in motion, conducted, and are strictly enforced over the next 10 years.
KPI and Measures One of the pivotal KPI measurable targets is in the customer loyalty and satisfaction portion of the strategic plan initiative. The mission and vision state of the business is founded on the customers safety and wellbeing. This becomes relative and appreciated due to the business is
economy for the aircraft in understating the environmental policy and work standards are maintained and up to regulation standards.
