Performance Improvement Strategies Strategic Goal At Transglobal Airlines, the unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility drives their operations, and they continue to improve their environmental awareness year after year. Self-image is also a key to their growth and success within the air travel industry. Environmental awareness and self-image have a lasting impact on how the business conducts trade initiatives and continual development in operation alternatives within the airline industry. The goal and objective of the policy is to implement safety measures based on the customer’s and employee’s well-being. The strategic plans and goals outlined by TransGlobal 2030 focus on three critical elements: safety, excitement, and stewardship (SES). This collection of guiding principles and goal statements will hopefully cause the company to become an industry leader and an environmentally responsible airline in a highly competitive industry. In Addition, this will ensure that overall value is achieved, which is the company's foundation. TransGlobal Airlines should create the benefits and carry them out for themselves and their customers and employees. The safety of the Boeing 737 aircraft has been a significant concern in the past, causing disruption and pain. This aircraft is under intense public and industry scrutiny due to its safety issues. It is crucial to promote and reinstate this aircraft as a safe mode of travel. Over the next ten years, proactive, reactive, and controllable measures will be put in place, conducted, and strictly enforced. These measures are designed to restore the aircraft's reputation and ensure it is viewed as secure and trustworthy for flights. KPI and Cooresponding Target measures One crucial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for evaluating the strategic plan's focus on customer loyalty and satisfaction is the percentage of repeat customers. This KPI is not just a
contributes to more sustainable practices, underscoring the company's commitment to efficiency and environmental responsibility.
