  1. Review your semester goals created at the beginning of class. ○ Did you have to revise them at any point during the semester? If so, why and how did you revise them? I actually haven’t had to revise them yet because these goals are something that I have been working on for awhile. Like working out and getting good grades are something I really want to work on in college. In high school I wasn’t at my best body or my best academic performance and I want college to be different than that. Also, my resources have been a great help to me this semester. Social support is the best thing for anyone who is struggling to reach their goals.
  2. Now that we're at the end of the semester, how did you do? ○ What was the most challenging part of working towards your goals? The most challenging thing for me while working towards my goal was all the temptations around campus. Like all of the junk food that is available to me throughout the day. The Pod, all of the restaurants, Dunkin, Duck Donuts are all places that have stolen my money and my body. Also, the lack of sleep that I get on a daily basis makes the want to get out of bed and go to the gym very low. Then with work and class, it makes it hard to find the time to do my homework and get the grades that I want. ○ What did you find to be your most successful strategy in working towards your goals? What I found was my most successful strategy in working towards my goal was proper time management. When I was able to make out my schedule for the week before it made everything easier. I was able to make time for everything I needed to accomplish during the week. Simply by making a schedule and laying out time for each of my challenges it made everything easier to do. Time management is the key to most of life's struggles.
  3. What are your plans for the future?

○ If you reach your goals, what will you do to maintain/continue your progress? If I reach my goal by the end of this school year then what I will do to maintain my progress is continue on my journey. Nothing that I accomplish this year will be the end of my journey, it is a lifetime long journey that I am just starting now. But I am going to continue to go to the gym as much as I can during the week with my gym buddy Emily. Then also continue to keep my grades up by joining more study groups and making more time for studying in general. Hopefully making forward progression in my journey and not negative, continuing on the journey of self improvement. ○ If you haven't met your goals yet, what are your plans going forward? I have met most of my goals that I stated in the beginning of the semester. But one of the ones that I haven’t met yet is my weight loss goal. I want to lose 30 pounds by the end of the year of 2021, but if I can not meet that then I will do the end of the school year. As a college freshman there is a lot of acclimating that needs to be done, so I am not trying to press my goals. So my plan going forward is to do my goals, but to not put a time pressure on myself.
