Fibromyalgia is a muscle disorder with symptoms of widespread aching and stiffness of muscles, fatigue, tenderness, and sleep disorders. The cause of the disorder is unknown and it may coexist with other chronic diseases. There is no cure, but there are medications that can help control symptoms. 2. Rotator Cuff Injury is a muscle injury of the shoulder than occurs in people who perform repeated activities like swimming or throwing. The rotator cuff is formed four musclesteres minor, infraspinatus, supraspinatus, subscapularis. These muscles may become inflamed and swollen when overused. 3. A Shin split is pain along the shin (tibia) caused the overuse of muscles in the lower leg. This overuse leads to inflammation of muscles around the tibia. They are common in runners and dancers. Treatment for shin splints includes rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE).
