Indonesian dictionary, the definition of happiness is the pleasure and tranquility of life (inner birth) while authentic in the dictionary is written authentically which means original, valid. Authentic happiness is happiness that can be achieved through identifying strengths and virtues in an individual and using them in his daily life. DISCUSSION

A. Authentic Happines Concept Authentic Happines is a very important concept, because it can unite other concepts (e. gratitude, flow, and grit ). The different concepts in positive psychology that boil down to Authentic Happines , For example: gratitude (gratitude) is a very important behavior to evoke very strong positive emotions and can trigger tremendous positive changes & developments. An important concept referred to as authentic happines is overall happiness , which is a complete happiness from the process of assessing a person's quality of life. According to Seligman in his book Authentic Happines, Positive Psychology , there are three groups of people who are grouped based on the source of happiness, namely have a pleasant life (life of enjoyment), have a good life (life of engagement), and have a meaningful life (life of contribution) : 2

  • The Pleasant life Have a pleasant life is a person whose happiness is based on feelings and on pleasure-based feelings, such as the hedonistic way of life. They feel great happiness when aspects of material life and their worldly pleasures can be fulfilled.
  • The good life Have a good life is a person whose happiness lies in a good life;a decent life. They will feel happy when in terms of work, social status and a good environment.
  • The meaningful life Have a meaningful life, a person whose source of happiness lies in the meaning of life. They feel happy when they can participate in or play a role in an organization

that happiness is right in the act of doing what is worth doing. The eudaimonic concept of well being invites people to live in line with their 'daimon' (true self). In Aristotle's view, a good life is not a life of misery and enjoyment, but rather a life characterized by consciousness and reflected so that it bears fruit of meaning and wisdom. So, the happy Person according to Aristotle is not a person who is spared from all difficulties or sufferings, and enjoys the various joys available in this world, but rather a person who cultivates his life with hard work so that he becomes a useful person. 4

C. The relationship between the Concept of Authentic Happines and Eudaimonia. Martin Seligman adopted the concept of eudaimonia and virtues according to Aristotle's understanding. Authentic Happiness is the ultimate goal of all things happiness that we have obtained based on eudaimonia and then will be marked flourishing. Eudaimonia is a person's route or path to achieving autenthic happiness. The relationship between Eudaimonia and Authentic Happines is taken from the understanding that Eudaimonia is the goal of achieving a happiness where happiness is even eudaimonia is also called the route or journey to happiness. Meanwhile, Authentic Happines is the ultimate goal in many bliss or can be called true happiness. So what is their relationship? the relationship is that authentic happines can be reached with a collection of happiness based on eudaimonia. The way to reach the eudamonia is to go through the concepts of virtues and strengh to go to flourishing.

Conclusion According to Seligman (2002) there are 3 main factors that combine the experience of positive emotions , the relationship between life activities ( engagement ), and the achievement of a goal ( purpose ), or the meaning of life, namely, The Pleasant Life, The good Life, and The Meaningful Life. Eudaimonists argue that happiness is right in the act of doing what is worth doing. The eudaimonic concept of well being invites people to live in line with their 'daimon' (true self). Between the two concepts is aimed at the ultimate happiness. In essence, happiness is obtained because of a sense of adequacy. It depends on how we are grateful, because the end of these two concepts is that man wants to be prosperous for himself.
