PERFORMANCE TASK MY REFLECTION AND MY MENTAL HEALTH HOTLINE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Based on the previous activities, reflect on your responses and answer the guide questions found below. You must answer in no more than 10 sentences. 2. Additionally, as a way to help you cope with stress, this is going to be an activity allows you to reflect on the presence of certain people in your life who you think can help you deal with stress. 3. Identify five (5) people in your life who you can contact or talk to whenever you feel stressed. Also, explain why these people are the ones that you will contact (focus on their personality or their characteristics that have made them part of your list). 4.
