Activity 3
1. They could tell I was a goal-oriented person
because they saw me always giving it my all. They
witnessed my tribulations and how I persevered in
order to reach my professional objectives. My
biggest flaw is that I have a difficult time letting go
of a project. I'm the harshest critic of my own work,
and I'm always looking for ways to better or adjust
it. To assist myself develop in this area, I set revision
deadlines for myself.
2. Maintain objectivity. Take the rejection in stride.
Look for opportunities in the circumstance. Learn
from your mistakes. We all learn by making errors.
Control your emotions. It's natural to be
disappointed when you're rejected an
optimistic attitude. Try not to complain at work.
3. I like to think about success in gradual incremental.
As someone who is energized by new, challenging
tasks, I never want to feel as if there is nothing lef
to learn or achieve. If I can leave work each evening
feeling like I've learned something new or useful, I
consider that to be a success.
4. One must be adaptable and flexible in order to
meet the needs of the office. Imagine yourself as a
juggler who must keep numerous balls in the air at
the same time. This allows you to concentrate
swifly on the task at hand and go on to the next
without indecision or tension.
5. "I work well with people of all styles and attempt to
blend in with the existing team culture." However, I
prefer managers who can effectively communicate,
provide specific feedback, and teach me to grow.
This keeps me really motivated. I believe that being
open to addressing topics and encouraging people
to start a dialogue, rather than merely prescribing
everything, is a reflection of a strong manager or
excellent management."
Valuing
When we start applying for jobs, we'll find that a college
degree is frequently insufficient to qualify us. Employers
nowadays ofen seek a "whole" package; we must not
