Albert Einstein published 4 articles in 1905 called the Annus Mirabilis papers. These four works, as below, changed the world's views on space, time and matter:

The article that was pivotal for the development of quantum theory: on a heuristic viewpoint concerning the production and transformation of light. The article that provided empirical evidence for the atomic theory: on the motion of small particles in stationary liquid. The article that shed light on special relativity: on electrodynamics of moving bodies. The groundbreaking article with the famous formula equating energy and mass (E=mc2): does intertia of a body depend on its energy. Albert published all of the above in a single year, when he was just 26 years old.
