We, as the officiating officials of the

2019 School Sportsfest of Balangasan

Central Elementary School, do hereby

promise that we shall officiate the different

sports events with complete impartiality,

respecting and abiding by the rules which

govern them in the true spirit of

sportsmanship.

So help us, God.

Elementary School, who are participating this

2019 School Sportsfest, representing the

different teams, do hereby declare that we
