Epistemology and Theoretical Perspective (An epistemology is a theory in knowledge formation—how we came to know what we know. It ensures that the knowledge generated is valid by informing the particular perspective which in return informs the methodology and methods employed in the data gathering and data analysis. Theoretical perspective provides the lens through which the researcher chooses the technique in gathering data and in analysing them.) Significance of the Study (This identifies the importance of conducting the study in terms of WHO will benefit from its findings or WHO have the power to act on the recommendations.)

Definition of Terms (This section defines the key terms found in the research title, statement of the problem and methodology in terms of conceptual definition--obtained from published and reliable sources--and operational definition--detailed description on how the term is to be used in study as this will be the basis in analysing the validity and reliability of instruments, data gathering procedures, and analysis.)

CHAPTER II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE Conceptual Literature (This section discusses in detail factual information on key variables and concepts involved in the study) Related Studies (This presents the relevant and recent information on related researches in terms of the nature of investigation, participants, methods and findings. These studies may have corroborating or opposing views and findings.) Synthesis (This section ties together the different research findings reviewed to justify the need to conduct the study.)

CHAPTER III METHODOLOGY (This chapter presents the methodological perspective, participants, methods of data collection and data analysis employed in the study) Methodological Perspectives (This section identifies the methodology proceeding from the identified theoretical perspective to guide the specific methods to be employed in gathering and analysing data.) Context of the Study (The context of the study describes the setting, prevailing conditions involving the participants, venue or research locale and data sources other than the participants of the study.) Sample Size and Sampling Procedures (This part presents how the sample size is determined and the sampling procedures are carried out. For instance sample size is computed using the standard formula and stratified random sampling is used to proportionally allocate the participants to homogeneous groups.) Participants of the Study (This section identifies the primary source of data and the relevant socio-demographic information about them.)

Data Gathering Procedures (This section presents the research protocols made by the researcher to gather relevant information.) Data Analysis Procedure (This section identifies and describes the specific approaches and tools in analysing data.)

CHAPTER IV

PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS, AND INTERPREATION OF DATA

(The sequence of sections in this chapter follows the sequence of the specific questions in the Statement of the Problem. Each section contains the presentation, analysis and interpretation of the data, where necessary, to answer the specific questions. The obtained results are then further substantiated by citing similar or contrasting results research literature.)
