The term “globalization” is used to describe how trade and technology have increased connectivity and interdependence around the world. As a result of globalization, the world is described as “getting smaller.” With new transportation, communication, and technology, individuals may easily communicate both virtually and geographically. Globalization promotes economic growth in which the terms “import” and ‘export’ exist.

Globalization has a lot of advantages, it can increase the economy and solve the poverty problems of a developing country. Researchers have shown that when countries open up to trade, they tend to expand quicker and have higher living standards. There are different ways to trade easier such as Outsourcing, in this kind of

trade the manufacturer from the big market is exported to third world countries to hire a

party outside the country to perform services or create goods. Through this practice,

the exporter has lessened its tariff and pays cheap labor.

Technology has transformed the global economy and has emerged as a major competitive strategy. It has globalized the world, causing all countries to adopt higher ethical standards. Technology has assisted the globe in overcoming various challenges to world trade, such as tariff barriers, transportation costs, and delays in information flow, consequently transforming the market environment. In other words, technology has offered several chances for worldwide businesses.

Truly, globalization has transformed the world and improved the quality of life in several developing nations. Unfortunately, it also has brought many challenges and disadvantages for these centuries including the dismissal of traditional culture, damaging the environment, and the gap between rich and poor is still a big issue in each country. Furthermore, because many developing nations lack effective environmental regulations, enterprises do not require costly pollution control technology, resulting in major environmental contamination. Global warming is a result of the massive carbon-intensive economic expansion that has driven globalization. In order to prevent these negative effects of globalization, sectors must cooperate with each other because, by global cooperation, nations can overcome issues like extreme poverty, economic instability, environmental deterioration, and social inequality.
