CHAPTER#5: FILIPINO CITIZENSHIP VALUES
A. FILIPINO CITIZENSSHIP VALUES
The given set of values is inherently within each Filipino. This part of the module aspires
to awaken these values amongst us and, hopefully, later on, inspire us to practice it in
our everyday lives. These values, if carried out with one’s heart, can serve as a vehicle
and reinforcement towards our goal of realizing social change and progress.
For us to have a better view of the said topic, short stories and activities conveying and
promoting the said set of values were integrated into this module.

so busy living that we forget the purpose of living. We get so engaged in pursuing the
things money can buy that we forget what money can’t buy. We should not forget the
basics.
