ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
ON 2021 CELEBRATION OF FAMILY DAY AND
SEARCH FOR JUNIOR PIZZA MASTER
December 7, 2021
Rationale
In line with the celebration of 2021 Family Day, Bulihan Elementary School (BES) joins the said activity and opens the 2021 Search for Junior Pizza Master to recognize and reward the exemplary contribution of teachers, parents, learners and stakeholders in making Bulihan Elementary School a child-friendly school.
Objective
The activity aims to: a. create great times and memories with their family for stronger bond during these trying times of pandemic. b. impart relevant knowledge and skills to the teachers and learners such as personality development, ethics in the work place, food safety and pizza making demonstration. c. encourage parents to become more involved with their children's school and to develop strong links between home and school.
Activity Design BES teachers, Parents/Guardians, and Learners were informed on the activity through school memorandum and invitation letter.
Person Involved Participants in the celebration of 2021 Family Day and 2021 Search for Junior Pizza Master are BES teachers, parents/guardians, learners, Shakey’s Calumpit as school’s partner.
Expenses
Expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to school funds while expenses during the awarding ceremony such as food and venue, trophies, certificates, cash prize and other incidental expenses shall be charged to MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Monitoring and Evaluation
Bulihan Elementary School celebrated the 2021 Family Day and 2021 Search for Junior Pizza Master on December 7, 2021 at Shakey’s Calumpit. It was celebrated to recognize and reward the exemplary contribution of teachers, parents, learners and stakeholders in making BES a child-friendly school. This school activity created great times and memories with each family for a strong bond during these trying times.
The celebration was participated by 44 learners from primary level and 50 learners from intermediate level with the total of 94 learners together with their advisers, parents and guardians. The activity was divided into two sessions to ensure the safety of the learners and other persons involved in the activity. The primary level attended the morning session and the intermediate level in the afternoon session. The activity started with a prayer led by Mr. Emmanuel Custodio. This was then followed by paying homage to our mother land by singing the Philippine National Anthem. To ensure that the participants were complete, emcee of the program from the Shakey’s team checked the attendance. Mr. Damaso I. Educalan, the hardworking and dedicated School Principal III of Bulihan Elementary School formally started the activity. He welcomed all the participants especially the learners and gave his greetings to everyone as the school celebrated the 2021 Family Day. He also reminded everyone to observe safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety against the Covid19. He congratulated all the participants especially the parents/guardians of the learners who showed support to their children and valued the importance of Family Day as they celebrated it with the school.
The learners enjoyed the day with different activities prepared by the Shakeys Team such as Pizza Making Demonstration, Tool and Equipment Familiarization, Exciting Games and the main part of the activity the Search for Junior Pizza Master. The learners cooperated and participated attentively in the whole session and the support of every parent/guardian to their children was also showed. Before the session ended, the winners in the search for Junior Pizza Master was announced . The last part of the session was the awarding of certificates to the participants and advisers. Lastly, everyone enjoyed picture taking together with their family, teachers, and classmates. The session ended as memorable experience to each family and faculty members.
The 2021 Family Day and 2021 Search for Junior Pizza Master was ended and its objectives were carried out through immeasurable and undying cooperation of the teachers, learners, parents and other stakeholders
