 Physical activity improves physical wellness. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight and your mental acuity and memory can be improved with physical activity.

Three Common Models of Health

 The medical model is a model of health which suggests that disease is detected and identified through a systematic process of observation, description, and differentiation , in accordance with standard accepted procedures, such as medical examinations, tests, or a set of symptom descriptions.

 The National Wellness Institute promotes Six Dimensions of Wellness: emotional, occupational, physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Addressing all six dimensions of wellness in our lives builds a holistic sense of wellness and fulfillment. Developed by Dr.

 Environmental health examines the interaction between the environment and our health. We use the following definitions: Environmental health refers to aspects of human health (including quality of life) that are determined by physical, chemical, biological, social and psychosocial factors in the environment.

Maintaining our body healthy and safe is very essential especially this time of pandemic. Many of us are not able in to adjust easily in these times of pandemic. When the pandemic came, we all

understood why we should always keep our body strong and healthy, because we must need to make our immune system get stronger .To us to be safe and protected towards the viruses and any illnesses. So, I

choose three of my friends to interview the question given. According to Ms. Anna Mae Añonuevo, In order to her to maintain her healthy body and safeties during pandemic she always drink a lot of water

and go to bed early ,eat healthy food to maintain her body strong and not get sick. While Ms. Ayabea Patricio, she said that to maintain her health and safety in the amidst of pandemic, she always stay at

home and she always do sanitation. And also, she always take a bath; she do some home exercise, eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits. She drinking more water to stay hydrated and praying to God.

Also, she always do some recreational activities that maintain her body to be active and alive. And lastly according to Ms. Abegail Victoria, during this time of pandemic, she did everything that her parents and

elders would tell her to do for her own sake, and also she eat a lot of healthy food and get enough sleep to keep her immunity strong, also she follow the health and safety protocols of our government and local

government for to help not only herself, Her family and the community as well.
