this technique you might find people who are already employed but wants to look for a
new better job. Another way that the internet can be used to recruit and to source is by
using Boolean searches. Boolean searches allow the company to find promising
applicants or individuals who are desperately looking for a job.

yahoo and I typed "Sales associates OR retail sale representative" and these are my
