####### How to Construct a Sentence in Passive Voice

####### Remember this pattern:

####### Example: The proposal was drafted by Rica.

####### The proposal (Subject) + was (Helping Verb) + drafted (Past Participle)

####### + by + Rica (Object)

####### Note: There are cases where object is not needed nor stated in the passive voice.

####### Example: My phone was stolen. (No object)

####### My phone (Subject) + was (Helping Verb) + stolen (Past Participle)

####### Subject (S) + Helping Verb (V) + Past Participle + by + Object (O)
