The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office is hereby directed to coordinate with the General Services Office to ensure the availability of vehicles and drivers for evacuation purposes.

The General Services Office shall assess the existing fleet of vehicles and ensure that an adequate number of well-maintained vehicles are ready for deployment during emergencies. The General Services Office shall conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to guarantee their optimal functioning.

The General Services and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office shall identify and assign qualified and trained drivers who possess valid driver's licenses and are knowledgeable about evacuation routes and safety protocols. Drivers should be provided with appropriate training and guidance on disaster response procedures.

The MDRRMO shall develop a comprehensive plan for the deployment and utilization of vehicles and drivers during evacuation operations. The plan should include the identification of evacuation assembly areas, communication protocols, and coordination with relevant stakeholders such as the local police, fire department, and emergency management agencies.

The General Services Office shall establish a system to regularly monitor and evaluate the readiness of vehicles and drivers, ensuring that they are in good working condition and ready for immediate deployment during disasters.

All concerned departments and offices shall collaborate closely with the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (BDRRMCs) to ensure effective coordination and communication during evacuation operations.

The MDRRMO shall conduct regular drills and simulations to test the preparedness and response capabilities of the vehicles and drivers.

Lessons learned from these exercises should be used to improve the overall emergency response system.
