- How hip-hop dance influences the youth nowadays?
Hip-hop's physical demands can be rather intense, so youngsters will get a terrific cardio workout in courses! They will be fitter, but they will also have superior balance, flexibility, and coordination. Hip- hop isn't only about 'hitting it'; it also includes motions from jazz and lyrical approaches, allowing them to develop new talents and skills
- What do you think is the main purpose why people dance hip hop?
Because they can invent their own moves, it allows skilled dancers to engage in good-natured battles and displays of one-upmanship in order to gather an audience and entertain a crowd of people. It provides young people with a new avenue to express their personalities and emotions.
- Which genre do you prefer in dancing? Why?
Because it moves quickly, requiring oxygen and increasing your heart rate, hip hop improves your cardiovascular, or aerobic, stamina. If you're struggling to maintain your jogging speed, dancing may be an unexpected kind of cross-training to increase your stamina and physical resistance
