Reflection on the Third Day of INSET (March 17, 2021)
The first speaker in the morning session, Ms. Rowena Reyes have discussed different Google Certification for Educators. She said that it is a great opportunity given for teachers in able to be a Certified by Google for using Google Workspace (e. GSuite). This certification has certain levels to reach in able for teachers to become a trainer as well.
The last speaker in the morning session, Mr. Glenn Huraño have discussed some basic editing skills in Adobe Photoshop. These basic editing skills are essential to the teachers for doing some simple layout for poster. In addition, he also demonstrated how to create your own poster using the application.
In the afternoon session, the first speaker Ms. Glenah Taguibao provided an overview about Data Privacy Act of 2012. She emphasized that it is important to protect our own data and information and also with ours students since as a teacher, we safekeep their data and information. In addition, she provided practical tips to ensure the protection and privacy of data and information.
The last speaker, Mr. Sherwin Lomeda have thoroughly discussed different personality types and how to deal with different people. He explained different personality types such as Dominant, Influential, Steady and Corrective. He emphasized the importance of knowing the strengths and weaknesses of each personality types in order to effectively deal with others.
