Fundamental Skills of Basketball
Indulging yourself in recreational activities like Basketball. Participating
in these leisure’s and recreational activities can foster a range of positive
benefits for health, wellbeing and quality lifestyle.
Playing with Basketball will develop your physical fitness and wellness
in terms of regular practice and it will develop competitiveness by means of
playing it with your family members or friends.
COURSE OUTCOMES:
1. Identify different fundamental skills in playing Basketball.

At the end of the week, the students are expected to:
1. identify different fundamental skills in playing Basketball;
2. apply each fundamental skills in playing Basketball; and
3. realize the use of each skill in playing Basketball.
