SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The findings of the study will be significant to the following:

ONLINE SELLERS. The interventions and recommendations of this study will benefit the online sellers with regards to knowing the specifications and the variable that a consumer needs and wants. This study will allow them to know how to communicate effectively and have better relationships with their customers.

NEW ENTRANTS BUSINESS. This study will benefit the new entrant’s businesses, for this may give them knowledge in effectively segmenting their customers according to their product offering. And allow them to see the pros and cons of digital marketing or the online business through the findings.

CUSTOMERS. This study will benefit the customers. As the online sellers and online businesses recognized the area that needed improvements, they may provide the customers a better online shopping experience and improve product quality and service. This will also help them to properly decide on specific products or services they want to purchase.

RESEARCHERS. This study will benefit the researcher a knowledge that would be valuable and will help them know the trend to today’s marketing efforts in promoting and selling a product through the internet. This will also allow them to know the buying preferences of potential online customers.

FUTURE RESEARCHER. This study may be cited as a reference for future research studies specifically studying about consumer behavior and decision-making in relation to online shopping and digital marketing.
