I. Executive Summary The business will carry the name “CardavaTuron” for our company since we would offers something new, different from the mass market turon sold in the street now. Its sells banana wrapped in spring roll wrapper fried in crispiness. Both Filipino and tourist alike. It aims to encourage customer of all ages to start a healthy habit of eating nutritious banana every day. The company envisions becoming a profitable and effective livelihood, business opportunities to the Filipino youth. CardavaTuron is basically turon inspired product but with an exciting twist. We will not just produce the common type of turon rather we will produce the future best-selling merienda in town, which every individual will crave and that is CardavaTuron. “CardavaTuron” came from the word “CardavaTuron” which means “Saba Banana” in the Philippines. There are many different varieties of bananas aside from the regular sweet bananas commonly seen at grocery stores. In the Philippines, different varieties of grow easily and plentiful. Bananas are a staple food, included in many cooked dishes, as bananas provide starch, much like the inclusion of potatoes in American dishes, there are usually four or five different types of bananas to choose from. That’s why we need to intake the “CardavaTuron” that are delicious but also energy giving food. We all know that banana turon is very common in the market we can see it on the street being peddle these are usually sold along the street foods some of the competitors of our banana turon is the banana-cue, camote-cue, and also the maruya. Banana turon all-time favorite Filipino merienda is starting to boom as a profitable business nowadays as not just the local mall supermarket are into business selling. We’ve thought that selling banana turon could be a better idea to produce a product that is known and saleable. One of the factor that can help business success is the location. We need to consider some of the factor for looking business location. The population of the place, the demand and supply of goods in the place, the needs of the people and even the culture. In addition, you should look at neighborhood traffic generators, such as other retailers that draw people to the area, industrial or office park, school, colleges and hospital complexes. So we decided to choose So, One San Vicente West, 2428 Urdaneta City will be the address of the business. The company will operate into the Urdaneta City University (UCU) as our location for our business. Because the more the costumer the more the chances we can achieve successful business. This will be a popular street food in Urdaneta City University.
Technology Considerations The segment on necessary materials labor and technology and the means of marketing goods and activities of the company. It states also the equipment used in production and other aspects regarding bringing the raw materials into a finished product already. It is the essentials of this study, because this factors responds to the technicalities and basic structure of the proposed study. It also entails the modification plan for a certain product. Packaging CARDAVATURON Ingredients Cardavaturon is made up of good quality ingredients: Cardava (banana)-It is primarily a cooking banana thought it can also be eaten raw. It is one of the most important banana vanities in the Philippine cuisine. It is a perfect match for our product as it has a sweet taste. Lumpia wrapper - (spring roll wrapper will work too) the wrapper are made up of flour and water, or cornstarch, egg and water. It is additional taste and serve as for wrapping Cardavaturon. Chocolate syrup- is a sweet, chocolate-flavored condiment it is often used as a toppings in the Cardavaturon. Brown sugar- it add flavor in cardava (banana). Cooking oil- It is used in frying, baking and other types of cooking
