opportunities in the world of business and other organization. It is a popular course among students aspiring to venture in the world of management. It introduces them to the various aspects that form part of effective business management and prepares them to pick a specialized branch. The degree develops student’s practical and business decision making capability. The tools and skills gain at BBA will equip to succeed in a demanding career to pursue a Master in Business Administration,MBA. In Nepal, different BBA universities are proved with an aim to expand the access to highereducation. Its goal is to produce skilled human resources for the national development bysupplying quality education through semester practical knowledge and researchers. In mostuniversities, the degree is conferred upon a student after four years of full time in one or moreareas of business concentrations. A student needs to successfully complete 126 credit hours ofcourse work, project work and internship for graduation. The program provides graduates withthe sound conceptual skills in various areas of business. BBA program expose students to avariety of “core subjects” and allows students to specialize in specific academic area. The degreealso develops the student’s practical managerial skills, communication skills and businessdecision making capability. Management and Business are in the top ten subjects for degreecourse choices as they combine excellent academic training with good career prospects. BBAdegree gives the academic foundation need for a career in business or management. The programequips with the fundamental skills and knowledge essential for managing the key areas of organizations, accounting, human resource management, marketing strategy and operationmanagement. An individual’s choice of career is likely to be influenced by several factors including family background, financial support, future job opportunities, ease of subject, interestin the study etc. The study has tried to find the factors influencing the career choice of BBA students

The general purpose of this study is to explore and describe the factors influencing career choice of BBA students. The specific purposes of this study are: i. To identify the factors influencing career choice of BBA students.
ii. To explore whether BBA is better than any other course. iii. To identify the importance of BBA to business occupation. To evaluate about the satisfaction of students towards BBA program

The problem of the study is presented by raising the following research questions: Lack of Guidance. College is supposed to be a time when you can get the guidance you need to make important decisions. Financial Conditions. Copycat Decisions. Fear of Failure. They Do Not Try New Things. Lack of Qualifications. Avoiding These Common Mistakes.

The study will be helpful for further researcher, universities students, individuals and new comer who are interested towards future career prospects of BBA students. The need and scope of the study are: a) It would be helpful to every student who wants to know about the feeling of students studying BBA for their future study. b) This research could be useful in academic field in any universities of BBA. c) It would be helpful to motivate students to study BBA. d) It would be helpful to the institutions to guide students towards more realistic career choice.

The results demonstrated that four factors, intrinsic factors such as personal interest, advancement in career, and personality traits; extrinsic factors such as prestigious job, well-paying employment, and job security; interpersonal factors such as parental support and influence, the influence of older siblings and peer influence, and institutional factors such as career counseling activities, teachers and educators’ impact; type of academic program offered were found influential factors. The findings may have implications for Nepalese higher education institutions to guide and counsel students interested in a career in management. Understanding how students make career decisions allows efforts to guide students toward more realistic career choices. (Lamichhane et al., 2022)

The research method is followed to reach the basic goals of this research. This section includes research area, design, nature and source of data, population and sample and methods of data collection.
1 .7 Research design
Descriptive research designs were used in this study since study is conducted to analyze student’s career choice and it explains all the factors having impact on career choice of BBA students. This study has more focus on quantitative research design. The study is designed within the framework of descriptive research design to achieve its goals. Descriptive research looks to find and statistical tools have been applied to examine the facts and descriptive techniques have been adopted to examine the career choice of BBA students. 1.7 Methods of Data Collection The data collection methods are adopted in this project is preparedthrough a set of questionnaires were total of 13 questions. Thequestionnaire includes close ended questions. The data are collected from the 50 students ofstudents studying BBA in Biratnagar students in different collages and university.
1.7 Sampling
A sample size of 50 students will be collect from BBA students in Biratnagar,different collages and university.

The statistical tools like percentage, ratios and average will be used to analyze the data.
1.7 Data Presentation and Analysis..................................................................
The collected data will be classified and analyzed by constructing tables and graphs. Based on the analysis of the data, major findings will be presented.
