Health is very important for everyone, but not all people know how to do to have a good health condition. Firstly, people should do regular exercise every day. It helps you be healthier. In addition, people should have a balanced diet including taking vitamins, reducing meat intake. It makes your metabolism better. Besides, do a medical check-up every 6 months because our bodies always have litter changes which we do not know, so regular checking is needed. Summary, to have good health, people should practice to have some friendly healthy.

I have a dream that is buying a house for myself. And now, I would like to share with you my dream house. It is a house or apartment which is not spacious but it has a number of necessity. I will live with my family so I want each member to have our own room. My house will have a kitchen where we can prepare meals and eat together. It has a living room with a TV and a large place, we can watch news and talk about our days. In my own room, I want to have a balcony as I can go outside to bread fresh air and chill. This is my dream house so I have to try to get them.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about online learning. Some people believe that online learning brings students a lot of benefits. I am one of those who strongly agree with this opinion because of the following reasons.

First, learning online gives students a chance to learn from any teacher who is far from their location. This is because the learners have to access websites or applications that provide some lessons recorded or connect users to teachers. So students can choose the lessons or teachers that they want to learn very easily. Therefore, online learning helps students and teachers stick together.

Second, learning online helps students save time. In this day and age, students have to join a lot of offline classes in a different location so they spend several waste time to transport. In order hand, online classes can help students learn at home, they can change to any class they want. Hence, if students want to save their time, e-learning would be chosen.

In summary, online learning has a number of advantages for students, so I already to advocate the learners using e-learning.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about children watching TV. Some people believe that watching TV has had a negative effect on children, others suppose that it is the impact is positive. The essay will discuss the effect of watching TV.

Looking TV brings a wide range of drawbacks to children. Firstly, watching TV has a bad negative inference on their eyes that need to be protected. Because television uses several blue lights which were researched had a bad effect to the eyes. Secondly, watching TV makes up most time of children because children can not control the time to seeing TV. It makes children forget to do something such as homework, house works or individual work. Therefore, in a certain situation, viewing TV make people worse.

In other hands, watching TV brings a wide range of advantages to children. Firstly, following TV helps people to entertain in home. For example, children can watching several programs on TV for instead of playing outside that have a variety of dangers. Secondly, in modern-day society, televisions can connect to the internet is very popular, so children can fusion both of looking TV and learning throw a lot of online courses. They need only stay at home and learn, It is very easy and favorable for all. Hence, in certain circumstances, watching TV makes people pros.

In conclusion, I am strongly convinced that the benefits of watching TV outweigh the drawback of it because viewing TV helps
