– Dog only but generally considered an essential

– Carnivores, horse, ruminants, pig, avian

• “Wheater’s Functional Histology”, Burkitt, Young and Heath

– human not veterinary.

– Others include “Applied Veterinary Histology”, Banks, which has good text but doesn’t have

colour photos
